Our Origins
Monisum was founded by Bill Mains, who has over 25 years of experience developing people and shaping purpose-centered communities. Bill holds advanced degrees in Counseling, Theological Ethics, and Business Administration, and brings rare integrative depth to his work. His signature frameworks and speaking engagements have empowered leaders across industries to move from driven to grounded, from successful to significant.
